On the one hand, you have....:
<<< The shock effects on European financial markets were immediate and severe. Stock prices are well down in every exchange there, the mood is bleak.

What this horrific incident has brought home again is a very stark, disturbing fact: in the world of modern terrorism there is no place to hide.>>>

On the other hand, you have more than 2 billion people in China, India, and East Asia becoming economically empowered. Nothing is going to stop that.

In my opinion, OBL will be a minor footnote in history. OBL and his followers are losers. There is no way in heaven they can prevail.

The big picture is that we are now in the midst of a giant economic boom - the likes of which the world has never seen. The trick for all of us is to get a piece of that action. How big that piece is depends entirely on how we go about it.

There perhaps could be a few more 911 or 311 types of incidences - but in the big scheme of things - they are piddling.

The thing to do is to do whatever needs to be done to get ahead of the curve. Live life to the fullest. To hedge our bets - in case we have to move back into caves is silly.

In other words, I do not beleive we are going to experience any major meltdown. Whatever tragedy will happen, will only be temporary - a minor blip in the big scheme of things.

Get ready, and position yourself, for a major economic boom.

Mary
