Permitted foods...ox, sheep, goat, deer, gazelle, ibex, antelope, and mountain sheep (any animal with a cloven hoof and which chews its cud). Anything which lives in the water and has scales and fins. Any clean bird. Grasshoppers, locusts, crickets.
Forbidden foods...camel, rock badger, rabbit, pig, eagle, vulture, buzzard, kite, falcon, raven, ostrich, owl, sea gull, cormorant, pelican, any insect except the three above, any aquatic animal without scales and fins. Matzoh, unless you have been circumcised. (Really, Exodus 12:43).
