"The transnationalists are now trying to create a new class of world government organizations, such as the ICC, that claim jurisdiction over everybody whether you have signed the treaty or not. This is a new and novel concept in international law, which the United States is resisting as a novel infringement on its sovereignty."

Such organizations are utterly meaningless, as they have no way of enforcing their edicts.
