Hi, I bought an additional cookbook called," The Polish Country Kitchen Cookbook", but it only has one sausage recipe in it. Try this website which has more cook books: polonia.com Let us know if your Dad had any secrets about making Polish sausage. I have been too busy to try anything yet but may in the next two weeks make an attempt at my first homemade Polish sausage. I was recently in Germany and bought some good looking Polish sausage in Schipol Airport in Amsterdam on my way home.....the darn customs agents confiscated it from me on in the U.S. DARN! I was looking forward to trying it. Pat
