Sales projections from not too long ago are in this post: Message 19314593 which has been posted already thanks to Tom and Erik. I think an obvious partner for NPS is Wyeth. Premarin (an estrogen) patients lose bone density after they stop treatment. It's been losing share to Fosamax, and the trend has probably accelerated due to the launch of Forteo. BTW, when I said "EMAC" in the prior post, I meant "EMDAC." That is: Endocrine and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee. Cheers, Tuck
