That depends upon your definition of rarely. What does not get reported in the U.S. press is the numbers of suicide bombers that get intercepted each week before they can carry out their mission.

And the Israeli Arabs who live in Israel are generally peaceful. Keep in mind if the Israelis are as brutal as you seem to believe, there would be no Palestinians left.
