It is not too hard to understand that illegals from Mexico are exploited. They are paid below what a US citizen would be paid and in many cases below minimum wages established by law. They may be exploited because they would earn even less at home. They may be exploited because, as illegals, the are afraid to complain to authorities about substandard (illegal) working conditions.

The Indian outsourced labor situation is different but not entirely. They are paid below what a US citizen would be paid and they would earn even less in other domestic jobs.

You throw terms around. Why can't over 1 billion Indians keep they own call centers busy? Maybe, because capitalism isn't working very well in India.
