Jens, Have you pulled out, by dept., the individual sections that they report to get Gross Profit by Dept.? They all are losing except for Services... maybe another one... Doesn't seem to phase their Management at all... How can they continue to do the same mis-management year after year after year?! I think they need someone to "Think out of their box" to get things turned around. Do you remember the employee counts by dept. breakdown and how much they got paid by dept.? It was so far out of balance, it was sickening... ... like it took more G&A employees to administer all of the other depts. combined!! ... like it takes 2+ G&A people per ONE main employee!! Maybe you can uncover and get someone to get with this Company to get it FIXED! Good Luck, Joe
