Any opinions here on whether defense spending will be cut next year to help with the budget deficit?

I am wondering if investors might be suspecting this and have started to take gains.

I've closed out my small position in UIC yesterday. (Company reported a good quarter.) I've sold most of my position in ADG recently (after, imo, a disappointing earnings report and not great forward guidance).

I still have positions in GD, NOC, EASI, HON, DRS, GFF, others.
