Income Levels Are Dropping

Median household income has fallen for three consecutive years under the Bush Administration.

Over the past three years, real median household income has dropped by 3.4 percent, or $1,506. The total decline in median household incomes in that time period was 6.3 percent for African-American households and 4.4 percent for Hispanic households.
