He sure as hell implied it. No he didn't. I would be "Mr. Literal", if he said the weapons would be used to blow up American cities within a matter of years" but I complained about you saying that they would be used in aa matter of months. Those things are so close that complaining about the difference could be considered nitpicking. But he didn't say either of those things or anything extremely close to either. Tim
