China is sucking up all available steel just like all the US jobs. So here we have a unique situation with steel that is unlikely almost anywhere else in our economy- a situation where demand outstrips ALL available supply for both China and US. US has a steel industry that has been decimated by foreign competition. If the globalization theory works, US steel should be able to recover now (since china is tapped out), and the *new* market for US steel should be the huge china+us markets. Lets see if it happens. Personally I doubt it.
