The continued high cost of energy has long been a concern of mine, Which Mauldin mentions. He also mentions that the perceived savings in mortgage interest rates are offset by the higher real estate prices.

I still think that the bears need to get one more big scare before things can roll over. With that, that means that i am probably very wrong.
