Considering the years that the UN had to change this program (and obviously didn't have the guts to do so), then it is beyond me how anyone can expect the UN to act in a speedy manner, much less with any hope of actually stopping the murdering terrorists.

Will France be next? Or Greece this summer? Or London? Or anyplace in the US?

What you say is so true: "Running after terrorists after the bombs go off is not a viable solution."
