The Nasdaq fell more in anticipation of Bush's economic policies which are strictly pro big corporate polluters and gougers of consumers as opposed to "new Economy". Bush has never been interested in high-tech. In fact when his people attacked California wih their phony energy crisis, they cocnentrated on Silicon Valley. Bush's 9 month war effort also knocked the market to its knees and cost millions of jobs. There is plenty of blame to go around for Bushies. They deserve to be held fully accountable for making some of the worst mis-steps in history, some of them deliberate to reward special interests and grab mre political power.
