Kerry's vote on intelligence Bush lies about was the same vote cast by GOP top Senators Shelby of Alabama and Specter of Pennsylvania. The so-called "Kerry bill" was never a bill, it was an initial suggestion which never went awnywhere because it was merged into another bill. The GOP supported that bill. All Kerry wanted was to save money on Cold War type satellites which were also big pork barrel contracts. Cutting 1.5 billion from intelligence was a savings, a peace dividend. Bush is just a flaming liar.
