Well, I won't be there to place my square, but I"m SURE it's the funniest and most unusual, and will have a prominent place. I even put two ruffles on it, one on the top, one on the bottom, with embroidered arrows indicating they should be lifted up. Underneath the ruffle-flaps are new amusing design elements and a message.

The ruffles are of cotton with a small leopard print. Ridiculous. There is an appliqued red satin heart stuffed with cotton so it bulges out, too. And under one of the cotton leopard ruffles are stitched tiny little purchased cream-colored satin roses. And there's a heart, different from the main, largest, bulging one, under each ruffle, too. And different from each other.

The lettering is all bright, primary red. So are the hearts. The arrows pointing to the ruffles are black dotted lines.

It is the most absurd and gratuitously-designed thing ever embroidered and definitely deserves the central position, imho. I say this w/o having seen any of the other squares, and based simply on degree of absurdity. And it's pretty, too, in its weird way!

Oh yes, there's a narrow gold gilt ribbon with bright red things on it sewed diagonally across the square.

I hate to part with the damn thing!
