I've been accumulating in mid 30's. The value seems to be here when compared to TKO's current and peak mkt cap, even considering full dilution and more to be voted upon later.
They could easily become comfortably solvent selling another 100 million shares, conservatively net $20 mil plus from the offering, have 300 mil total out and only take mkt cap to 82 mil at current price. About a 40% discount to TKO.
ABTG covers the long distance transmission as well.
