well it would seem that knowing the future ...

Jesus might have been even more sorely tempted to break out that surfboard 2000 yrs earlier than it's discovery was meant . They would have had so much more fun , if they figured that out earlier when the surf was up on the sea of gallilea , than all the religgious hub-bub they got themselves into . Such a simple employment of a shapely board of wood , would have been a seeming miracle to the ancient eyes, as one crusied the waves.

(That dang little old universally accepted yin-yang symbol of Taoism/Buddhism just won't be departing anytime soon from that genre of sports gear of snowboarding and surfing...wonder why the kids like it so ? Something to do with just cooling-out and going with the flow dude !)

some interesting readings

Eienstein and Buddha ..."The Parallel sayings"
integralscience.org

Einstein and Buddha: The Parallel Sayings shows how modern scientific and ancient Eastern thought reveal the same truths. These parallels touch on the essential nature of energy and matter, the relationship between subject and object, and the limits of language in understanding and describing reality. Science has many times been called the new religion. Focusing on the importance of science and religion in modern society, Einstein and Buddha shows how the future of humankind may well depend upon the relationship between the two. Provocative, stimulating, and insightful throughout, the book communicates the deep common ground of scientific and spiritual truth between Western thought and Eastern religion.

So which came first , the chicken or the egg ? Neither ...

they are both complete universes unto themselves ,
(so don't interfere or cause harm!)
