Greg, I beg to differ, at least in part.-g- I think that this is the first time that we have heard about the Reg S aspect of the bond offering. I have just done a text search of the two previous S-8 filings and nowhere is Reg S mentioned. They were not required by law to disclose the Reg S until(I believe) 15 days after they had already done the offering. It is a cute way for companies to avoid controversy before the offering IMO.

The question is: Why did a company of the caliber of WIND resort to a trick used mainly(but not always) by much smaller and more "iffy" outfits? Again, I find their action really strange.
