if OBL is hiding in caves, other leaders may be the ones running things now. oBL may not be able to communicate out of fear out satellites will pick up his signal. Therefore, he may only be a symbolic leader now, but let's catch him and kill him anyway. Al Qaida would have been totally wiped out by now if it weren't for Bush spending two years on Iraq and 90% of our military and intelligence resources there.
