I characterized the sort of control AS says exists in the hands of Bush/Cheny friends. A manipulated spot market here or there, and all Enron may have done, doesn't cut it as a justification for his fantastic statement, nor does it prove Bush or Cheney had a thing to do with anything. In fact, if Enron bad actions were the sole cause of what happened to the energy market in CA., it wouldn't add up to the total control (not by a long shot) AS claims exists.
