Sonny, : taxes, homes, asnd, sunw, sea container... taxes: some thing just clicked in my mind thx. Wow. irs is sure nice when it comes to cap gains on homes but not on stocks. so every 2-3 years if i move into another house i don't pay any gains, as long i purchase my home underprice and sell it in overpriced market. There is quite a sum, u can make here in cycles... over a period of life time and not pay tax... Sonny, there are so many legal ways to make good money why would anyone bother investing into "money printing machine?" ...or sell drugs, one could just buy intel leaps. Asnd: i am buying more w/out trying to time market. Sunw: i bot w. near term target of 60-65. (leaps) sea container: i am not going into any thing i have to study from scratch. There is so much to choose from what u already know. why "discover" new things? Return or your time , not just return on your investment. New security takes a lot more time. I already have "feel" for stocks i already know.
