The oil lobby needs to be regulated again. Pure and simple. I maintain that dereegulation and a too-friendly administration has cost US consumers over 100 billion in gouging and has helped corrupt out government and pollute our environment more. Also, is it a coincidence we just fought an expensive war to take over an oil-producing nation? I think not. As anyone can see, the Al Qaida threat remains, and Saddam had nothing to do with Al Qaida. So why the Bush obsession with Iraq? Oil. tax-payers pay for it but get nothing in return.
