Bush and Delay are the biggest spenders in history. Kerry and Biden tried to introduce a bill in the Senate rolling back 20% of the tax cuts for the rich to pay for the entire Iraq War. Now Kerry and Biden are both serious no BS guys. If they are saying 20% pays for the entire war and we know the war costs at east 200 billion then this blows your figures out of the water. Someone is lying? for now I'll trust Biden and Kerry.
