Good morning Sonny, Thanks for the post. I had heard that grapes were good quite some time ago but it was when I was in California and it make have been more fad than fact at the time. You know how California is always ahead of everything. Last summer when I was in LA, I heard about some of the new IRA rules and when I got back and called a financial person here about them, they had not ever yet heard about them. Speaking of white wine, I guess sherry would fall in that category and here is a good heart remedy for you. Take a can of salmon (omega fatty acids), a can of the healthy request cream of muchroom soup, a tad of skim milk and add sherry, stir and add a little bit of non-fat swiss cheese and pour in a patty shell or over pasta.
