I don't have any research to share, other than what is in the public domain. I live in Tennesse, which is not a hot-spot of gold mining. VGZ came to my attention in Adrian Day's newsletter. I got my hands on 3 years back issues, and I was compelled by his results. Public domain internet and library searches convinced me to buy VGZ stock. Unhappily, the stock is down 25-50 % since I bought it, but that just makes it a fantastic buy right now. Just don't buy with any money you need to in the immediate future!
