Why are IBD's polls more favorable to Bush than any others? A reason or just by chance? Dick Morris for instance does polls but mainly asks GOP voters. Is IBD Bush-friendly? I know the Wall Street Journal is. Does IBD want those dividend tax cuts to remain?
