So why don't we get down to discussing those issues and find out more about this man and whether he would make a better President than George Bush.

Well, incumbents generally LOSE elections vs. opposition parties winning elections. So in my view this election is a mandate against Bush, and theres plenty to run against. For starters Bush's economic team is the worst in the business, consistently wrong, out of touch, and dim at best- corrupt at worst. Kerry will reinstate the Clinton team, or the ideology of the Clinton team, which was far superior. Given that Bush has taken us from surplus to a job loss inflationary "recovery" with the largest deficits ever in 3 short years, a change is warranted imo.

The only people questioning Bush's damage done to california are the Bush hacks you see here. Its common knowledge Bush screwed california, even after a hearing judged Enron policies as *fraudulent*, the Bush controlled energy commission dictated a case of "tough love" while BushCo doled out California money to his oilslick friends.
