Jeff, thank you for the DD on NUMD. In a recent newsletter, you mention that at today's prices, NUMD is an attractive buyout candidate, which would prove stunning results for the shareholders. Based on recent history of NUMD, isn't this what originally got them in trouble; i.e., when they declined the takeover offer? Best, --Randy
