Kerry should have a serious conversation with billionaire George Soros and get him to consider using some of his independent PACs to ramp up the counter-attacks on the Bush track record...Soros wants to win this election and defeat Bush -- it will take smart and SIGNIFICANT spending in order to 'educate and motivate the masses.'....JMO.
