We will continue to get attempts from now to November to "Vietnamize" Iraq.

Which might balance attempts to "McCarthyize" criticism of the administration. One thing seems sure is that this campaign is likely to have no precedent for duration or expense. That might not be such a good thing as these campaigns were already folding back upon themselves. A cynic might believe that Kerry is already running for two elections at once, although Bush can only be running for one (although if the supreme court gets stacked again....hmmmm.. back to the 9/11 conspiracy thread...see ya)
