Iraq had very little to do with terrorism. That is the big lie of the Bushies, that Iraq was the "war on terror". It wasn't. It was a strageic neocon idea which they were planning since before 2000. However, since we invaded we created a terrorist situation. While there are some positive aspects to getting rid of Saddam Iraq remains a place where security is wishful thinking. Expect a lot more bloodshed, and let's just pray for no Beirut style attacks on US barracks.
