I had a chance to listen to the CC replay last night. Here are some of the notes I jotted down. These were written in haste, but I think they are pretty accurate. If you can, please correct me where I am inaccurate.

This past year brought the multi year supply agreements with MOT and LU. It was suggested that this is just the beginning of these kinds of outsourcing contracts. One of the officers described ARX as the "pre-eminent supplier" for micro-electronics and later that 30% growth for the next 3-5 years is "quite attainable".

I hadn't realized that part of the deal with LU allows ARX to use their patented multi chip module technology to develop their own products. I'm not 100% clear on what this involves... my impression is that this has to do with plastic casing or packaging... does anyone have a better sense of this?

"Market needs are catching up with the technology."

There seems to be a lot of potential with wireless and satellite applications. They have strategic agreements with "all major US satellite companies"(Lockheed, TRW, etc) and "proprietary technology that cannot be duplicated"... "space-qualified" micro-electronics. Competitor's barriers to entry include a very expensive and time consuming qualification process... and apparently ARX has agreements with just about every qualified person in this area.

They also talked about the possibility for big future growth surprises in the instrument testing division.

Did I hear that facilities are doubling in size?

I am enjoying learning more about this company.
