Ted, He's in over his head.

Like I said, the problems in Iraq are manageable. You're paying too much attention to the headlines, instead of hearing the story from the front lines. When our soldiers are being engaged by the enemy 20 times a day, that tells you that the enemy is winning only 1% of the time.

How did you derive that conclusion? All reports from our generals on down is that the enemy has become more sophisticated in its weaponry and methods of attacking. All it has to do is maintain this level of unease and Iraq will be screwed up for years to come.

And where are the Iraqis in all of this? Waiting for us to take care of the problem......of course.

The only thing Bush is losing control over is the deficit, and like I said before, that's going to come around and bite him (or Kerry) in the ass come 2005 and beyond.

It already has........why do you think the markets are acting so anemically?

Do you really believe there are not foreign leaders who want Bush gone?

Think about who those foreign leaders might include. Perhaps those sympathetic to Saddam and Osama? Ludicrous you might say?

You act like this is some big thing? What leaders do you think support Kerry at the expense of Bush?

Well, Kerry can't defend himself against such accusations, now can he? ;-)

I must be missing something.......what is this big thing about foreign leaders supporting Kerry?

BTW you were smart to get out of the markets. I am down badly for the year.

I've been paying attention to the Hed Turnip over on IHub. He forsaw this dip months in advance. By the way, you might be interested to know that he's forseeing a bottom forming in the next few weeks, followed by a major ramp up into the summer.

I hope he's right.........I am into last year's profits at this point.
