Ted, All reports from our generals on down is that the enemy has become more sophisticated in its weaponry and methods of attacking.

They've also resorted to attacking civilians over our own troops. And they'll continue to do so as long as they think they have a snowball's chance in hell winning against America and the forces of modernization.

It all comes down to who is more willing to fight the fight. Give the Iraqis some hope, some faith, and some assistance, and they'll demonstrate more willpower than the terrorists.

I must be missing something.......what is this big thing about foreign leaders supporting Kerry?

It's obvious those leaders sympathetic to Saddam and Osama will want Kerry to win over Bush. That includes Kim Jong Il, Fidel Castro, and Yassir Arafat, among others.

I know what Kerry was trying to say with his comment about foreign leaders, but at the very least, the comment made him sound like he'd subjugate America's interests behind those of other nations. At worst, it made him sound like he's being supported by America's enemies.
