I didn't say that at all. I said Gw wouldn't be likely to leave Iraq, even if Al Qaeda took over Pak. There is a difference between having nukes, and being able to use them. Russia had 7000 nukes, and we won the cold war. And we couldn't sit around and wait for Al Qaeda to develop longer range missiles, and more nukes. My guess, is that we would rush them, secure the missile launchers, and disarm them, however, I am not privy to the army's contingency plans.
