Actually, "all hat no cattle" is what they say ABOUT Bush. You got that flipped around. He's a phony rancher, a preppy posing as a real rancher. He even exaggerates his Texas twang and pretends to not have gone to Yale, Andover and Harvard. Kind of like him dressing up in the pilot's suit claiming he flew the plane onto the air-craft carrier or was a fighter jock in the 70's.

You have really got things backwards.
