All I said was that, if it's true, there's a possibility that telling all might not be in the national interest. There could be more at stake than just Kerry's veracity.

I realize that there are a lot of partisans around here who would feel otherwise, but personally I wouldn't ever want politics to trump the national interest. The point that I made to M is simply that, if he doesn't name names, that doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't happen.

I didn't hear the comments nor have I read anything about them except some of the discussion here. I have no interest in the matter nor do I have anything else to say about it.
