If Kerry moves ahead in the polls by 20 points, and becomes a clear favorite for 04, and at the same time the March jobs number comes out with 300K jobs (your average Clinton month), you'll see the mother of all rallies.

The fact is the economy never did recover, Bush has no economic plan, a sad and sorry economic team, and he busted the country with tax cuts which were mostly invested offshore.

Wait until the 03 tax rolls come in short, we'll have a 700 billion dollar deficit.
