so, after looking at about 30 properties over the last few months, I only have one question. What's that stuff that Indian people cook and how do you get that out of the house if you purchase it? My wife is pregnant and when we walked into a house on the weekend as soon as the front door opened she (as pregnant women will do) lost her lunch, literally. After being in the house for all of 3 minutes it took 25 minutes to get the smell off of our clothes. I think you would have to use kiln on the walls and at the same time tear out the carpet. That's just a guess though.
