Did you watch Hans Blix interview today on the O'Reilly show? Well he off course cannot call Bush a liar. But he made it pretty clear when he spoke of the 600 lbs of missing anthrax that Saddam was lying. he even said that all the sited the US wanted his people to go to provided no evidence of WMD. He trashed Bush and he did not have to come out and call him a liar. Did you see the heated exchange with the war monger O'Reilly. There is a big difference between cease fire and end of war.
