I think the the VC701SI Vodafone KK card by Seiko is Qualcomm powered as well but I don't have a confirmation: I think Jha confirmed that the Seiko data card is MSM6200 powered. It was at the 44 minute mark of the Q&A during the annual meeting. I recorded their remarks so I'm not sure you can jump straight to the conversation from Qualcomm's posted links. qualcomm.com FWIW, after relistening, I think it was a pretty unequivocal statement (even though Seiko wasnt named).
