On the war on Terrorism: " it's primarily an intelligence and law enforcement operation" John Kerry. OK, then Mr, Kerry, Please explain then why, shortly after the first bombing of the World Trade Center, and when the intelligence budget had been reduced the year before, you proposed to cut billions from the intelligence budget? Please answer the question Mr. Kerry and don’t give me some non-sequitor response about questioning your patriotism. You are running for the highest office in the land, and we the voters have a right to have this question answered.
