Well you've gotta downgrade a stock if you developed a positive view based on past financial information which seems to be.......innacurate.

In other words, no one knows what NT's gross or operating margins were last year. Given that alone, how can you have a positive view of the stock? You definitely can't have any idea on its valuation, since the financials used to develop the valuation analysis are.......unknown.
