Hey folks,

I don't know what is going on with Dell. I ordered another PC from them at the very beginning of the month. Two days later I checked the order status and it had a ship date in early April. Now, I've bought a lot of Dell's, and usually they come in 4 or 5 days. I bought three in the last six months and they all came in a timely manner.

So I called them and they said they were having problems getting that particular model out. So I cancelled the order and ordered a different model. A week later they cancelled the order and issued a new one for the same machine. So I called them to find out what was up. Got bounced around from department to department for almost an hour. Finally found out the leasing arrangements got all screwed up when I canceled the original order, so I just paid with a credit card.

While all this was happening I received no emails from them, no phone calls. So now here it is, two weeks later and still no machine. Hopefully, I'll have it in a few days.
