Mike, do you see any arbitrage opportunity involving Bally's and
Hilton stock? I've heard that if Bally's is below 27 when the
merger is consummated that the shareholders will get a cash dividend
of up to $3 to make up the difference. This seems sort of like a
free put but I'm not sure what to do with it.
