There are big bids on Instinet above the Nasdaq offer side. There are 87 people watching. The old high is going to be taken out today. I think the potential cure for cancer is worth at least a $250MM market cap -ie, ~$23/share. Anyone who wanted out has had plenty of time to sell the opening gap and the post-CEO lull. *NOW* it's time for some short-covering. :)
