No, you cannot blame a country just because terrorists are citizens of it, but you do need to press them hard to crack down and help out with intel and counter-terrorism. Timothy McVeigh was a serious terrorist too remember. Terrorists come in many types. I would have JK get tough on Syria. They are the one Bushies have pretty much left alone. Maybe because they have no oil.
