Nice try. Bush inherited a tremendous economy. Sure there were a few problems but when are there not? The point is he tried to fix what wasn't broken, went from fiscally responsible to fiscally irreponsible. And lost jobs doing it despite record over-spending. The Bush economy is almost a textbook case of what NOT to do. Clinton's was the opposite. The proof is in the results.
